“My littles and I watched and listened to “The Wind in the Willows” a couple years ago on The Little Fox children’s book platform. They loved those stories, and that’s exactly where your stories took me when we began listening to them last night.
I wasn’t sure how they’d like it since they’re spoiled with modern media and picture books that include visual images for every part of a story. They’re 5 and 8 years of age. They were absolutely riveted. They didn’t interrupt once. The sound quality of your voice and the other sound effects are phenomenal.
Your voice is so soothing – like a lullaby or a reminder of when my Mom would read stories like “Pilgrim’s Progress” out loud to us every evening. I actually fell asleep! I wasn’t bored, just drawn into such a sweet and peaceful place. 😌
My boys were carried to that peaceful place, too. After the first two stories ended, I asked what they thought. They both cheerily chirped that they loved them! 😊 Once tucked in bed, they were fast asleep. Other audio/video books don’t have that same effect. They’re usually left overly-energized and stimulated.

“The Mole, the Bubbling Toad and the Worry Tree was my favourite story. My favourite part was when the Mole had to dig and when she found the box and the Toad said “put all your worries in here.”
